Like to know if you got your problem resolved.

I have the same deal here. My non-rooted 6T phone turned itself off a couple of times. When I turned it back on the second time, the SIM card was not detected and it could not connect to WiFi. I reseated the SIM and did a factory reset with no luck. I have a call to Level 2 support now. Let's see if they answer.

All is well. Support had me overnight the phone to Acer, who fixed it in one day and overnighted it back to me. No cost to me at all and very fast. OnePlus did well by me.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

For more info on how to backup your phone, check the solutions here.

I have a Midnight Black Oneplus 6 with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB Internal Memory, I did not root my phone which may cause a software issue or did not drop it which may cause any internal damage, i only upgraded my phone to OS 10.3.2.
A couple of days back it suddenly started misbehaving, had following issues:
    1. It was not detecting SIM card, I tried putting Flight Mode ON and OFF, but had no effect. Sim was working fine on other phone.
    2. I tried switching ON Wi-Fi but it did not detected my Wi-Fi network and got switched off automatically in 5-6 seconds.
    3. It's showing any IMEI.
    4. The phone shows random restarts automatically every 7-8 minutes.

Tried all Reset options but all in vain.

Try the suggestion in the post above yours, except when you do the full factory reset, don't reinstall or allow backed up apps reinstall en masse. Install a few at a time and see if there is an app or apps causing the issue.

    hi i'm back unfortunately....
After a few hours my OP6 started working properly and I decided not to send it to the technical service for the moment. Today, the smartphone presents the same problems that it had previously.
I attach a video where you can see what I'm talking about. I will speak to the technical service to have it repaired.

    Thanks
