Current stocks are defective, so they can't distribute.

Do you really think that OPT has some problem in cable. They are selling it all over world. And still no replacement or news of such fault from any tech blog. Infact they had shipped almost 30k phone on China.
All @Carl is buying time. He should keep focus on increase production rather slow down the rate of invites to maintain #hype.

They are now forcing there fan to spam everyone with there product. It is nice move to get maximum advertisement without spend a single new penny. If @Carl had increase no of invite then may be die hard fan of OPT would not advertise phone.

Why people get agitated. There are so many options in the market at the same price point with matching spec and quality.

Thanks. At last some meaningful information. Sort of beggars the questions though as to why the, apparent, quality control did not pick this up well in advance and either get it resolved prior to "release" or you guys did not simply advise that the release was to be delayed prior to building up such pent up demand.

I don't know. There's just something terribly amateurish about this.

Yes, indeed you are right, it is good to see, that they do QC.
But next time, please OnePlus do it BEFORE the launch, and NOT AFTER it!!!

The fact that opo went sky high and it was pretty sure. Op2 is going to follow the path. Op should have been prepared for it
Secondly i am a customer i have right both to criticise and appreciate ur product and ur efforts
How ever good the product is. U give it after 6 month's just isnt. Something acceptable.
However good. The. Staff is. We are just getting negative news daily

I think even op wasnt prepared for op2
When opo was launched company was new and wasnt sure for sale leading to an invite system

After grand hit of opo i dont understand why op wanted to bring invite system again
If u take poll i am sure no one likes invite system
Its like you are creating artifcial scarcity

No matter how sharp a sharp sword in a case is. Useless
