SMS not working. Help needed. Aug 7, 2017

    Can't send SMS. I am in Ireland , using duel SIM. One is Vodafone and the other is Meteor. I have check all settings and rebooted few times. I have taken out both Sims and reinstalled. I have checked both networks and both are working ok. I have mobile data enabled. But nothing works. Any ideas or help would be great.

    I'm using only one sim on Meteor and never had a problem with sms, receiving and sending normally. Never tried dual sim though.
