    What is the most important on the heat behind the hype is that they downgraded the cores from 2.0GHZ to 1.8GHz to produce less heat. Those last 0.2GHz is mostly unnecessary what comes to performance but critical to lower heat production.

    I can say that almost all phones I have ever used to play games got warm. Moto x 2014 got hot if playing Vain Glory for 20 mins was my most recent experience.

    Hoping that the OP2 handles these games much better.

    Then it would be hot to the touch and that ain't good. Lets hope that the actual reviews show that it isn't the case.

    Initial tests of the processor through gaming and daily normal use along with heavy usage through browsing and apps have shown that Oneplus has done well to combat the heat without sacrificing performance
