    Most of the OnePlus Software
    staff are not Chinese, so I guess they still working...

    Most of the Chinese company's have in mentality that good hardware for the price is what almost people demand, but they have to realize it's not true.
    Software it's the most important thing about a smartphone, and they haven't realize that.
    The most important feature that makes iPhone what is today is the software, is always updated and it flows greatly without problems, when this feature starts to have issues they will fall!

    Doesn't mean they shouldn't enjoy the holidays while they work in China.
    Oxygen OS is one of the best I have used. I don't understand end you mean by this software is not good.
    Glitches are part of any software. Your much admired iOS had a security flaw and read resolved after almost a month.

    Just let them enjoy the holidays like ever other human being. I'm pretty sure you'll be pissed when people talk real crap about your work when you finally get a holiday.

    Is there plans to fix the major scrolling lag that showed up only since the pie updates?

    I haven't had any issues with the previous updates even though I never did a full wipe and started fresh with everything until the pie update. I've never rooted or installed anything custom, locked bootloader, the phone worked great until all the pie updates. I'm on 9.0.3 and the extreme scrolling stutter comes and goes, seemingly independent of what I'm doing. it happens in any app or in settings. It makes it look like a cheap budget phone. I went through all my apps to make sure nothing was using up extra resources, deleted some unused apps and it's still really terrible. This is my first bad experience with OnePlus. Between that and the fact that I had to replace the battery and charging port out of warranty myself makes me think I will definitely consider other manufacturers when it's time to replace the OnePlus 5.

    some people are delusional in here, people are not excited about software update, they are just asking for the problems to be fixed. I don't get it, you release a software that is not stable and now you complain that people are requesting too much?

    I will try factory reset and see taking backup of my data n will try to phone was working so awesome for 11months n after update everything messed up.
