Never! A perfect update is impossible! What planet do you live on? Show me ANY piece of tech that has NO problems at all. Doesn't exist.

True people of OnePlus community are very nasty, you almost make me cry.

When you buy a flagship killer, you expect this to be the case even for the software part outside since October on my Oneplus 7T Pro, it seems that your dev teams are really having trouble keeping up, is it because of the number of smartphones to manage ?

I don't care the facts are there, I'm in November on the security patches when my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is patched in January 2020.

I don't want to say that but I think Samsung has more smartphones to manage than you and i find it abnormal after all the flowers that you make on your own articles not even to be able as a flagship killer to keep pace after all these beautiful speeches on updates and support for smartphones over two years.

I've read plenty of forms now on the community now. to answer one of your questions when it comes to the Samsung and updates they update their newest models first. Samsung has committed to monthly updates OnePlus has only committed to buy monthly. The last update was in December like they have said hence that means February would be the next update which will most likely include to January and skipping December. that is pretty quick and I'm glad they're coming into at least bimonthly. I would give them some slack.
