Already did: different computers, different cables, different chargers... but nothing helps unfortunately. I fear that one is dead for good. Still waiting for OnePlus support team to follow up on my ticket. Hopefully I can get it exchanged quickly for one which is working...

Not sure why you are referring to this thread. Your phone is working fine just use my rollback thread in my signature to install the CM11s.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before but can a similar process be used to restore, for example an HTC?

Thanks for giving this guide. It was totally dead, no LED, vibration.. nothing. And now it's up and running again. I followed the youtube video here on page 2. Awesome!

Thank you for the guide. I too had this problem and i thought my phone was totally one. I have just followed the instruction/youtube video from page 2 and my phone is alive again. BTW i did this from windows 10 preview too.

Just wanted to pass my thanks onto you for saving my OPO with this guide. I followed the guide using an old XP machine and it worked perfectly. I'd previously spent 14+ hours trying to get Windows 7 to recognise the device and install the drivers but I didnt have the skill to manually load the drivers. XP worked a treat for me.

Seems like a clear and easy to follow guide, I'm a newb, never root, never flash. I wonder if I need to do this. My phone is not bricked, but it can't detect SIM Card and cannot connect to wifi although it detects them, and IMEI is gone :(

Sorry, need 5 replies to create a new thread.

Same problem here with the sahara issue trying to unbrick using the download tool. Did you find the solution to this?

I have followed everything in this guide, the tool shows that all the drivers have been installed on the phone fine. But i am not able to reboot my phone in to fastboot. it simply refuses to turn on. Can anybody help?

When i try to select the folder (mine is just called Qualcomm 2012, not the same as the one in the picture of the guide) with the driver in step 2, it says this: Windows has found driversoftware for the unit but there was an error when trying to install it. The hash for the file is not in the given catalogue file. The file is most likely damaged or has been changed. What should i do now? Also, when i plug my phone in, my pc sees that there is something being connected, but it does not know what it is, if that makes a difference. Here is my reddit post on the matter https://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/comments/3bzwel/my_one_is_not_booting_at_all_and_does_not_react/
