    They did!
    Dsm escalated the issue and CS ordered products from their end to my address.

    But still I can't order as of now 😅

    The voucher I had was not working on any products. Also the voucher was expiring soon. Adding to it, my account was barred from future orders. So they placed order on my behalf.

    I understood that but it’s weird that just after DSM escalated, they were able to order it for you. They could have come up with the idea themselves, didn’t they?

    Indeed, to get Cs to work, you have to write on forums and get it escalated these days 😬

    I feel bad for those who are not aware of this and tend to rely on CS for help.

    Just imagine you have a company that is almost 8 years moving forward, and this is Customer Support...

    Please @Pete, give this a bigger slice of your valuable time, CS has been broken since day one, and the community is getting really tired of getting the other end of the stick..

    They said after ordering the product, it is out of stock and can't be shipped.

    One question:
    If it was out of stock, then why did they accept the order 🤦‍♂️ OnePlus team is funny 😂🤦‍♂️🥲.
    I was a bigger fool that I trusted them and paid the remaining amount in advanced 🥲😂

    I just can’t believe it, I feel so sorry for you, I wonder if what you ordered is out of stock without using a voucher?

    unfortunately it’s not just CS that’s funny broken, the whole system is. Looking at all the issues people have with:
    • ordering,
    • redeeming vouchers,
    • preordering with a down payment and not be able to pay the balance to get your order,
    • Lucky draw is a mess
    • terms of sales in the EU that were a total mess, here in the EU you didn’t know where the money went, the UK, Hong Kong or whatever (since this weekend I noticed the Terms of Sales are corrected, haven’t checked them tough)
    And way more is my best guess.

    I’ve been looking at the stuff that’s going wrong and we all blame CS but looking at all what’s going on, we can’t just blame CS. They are the ones where everything ends up. What we see are the issues people have that all end up on their plate. This isn’t an excuse but in the world I live in is that issues should first be solved for the customer and be corrected in the own organisation asap to prevent it from happening again. Priority however is to have things organised and tested upfront. I don’t see any of these steps with OnePlus, nor have I seen them in the past.

    May everyone draw her/his own conclusions……….amen.
