Vijay suriya , via OnePlus Community App , Oct 7, 2020 : I purchased oneplus U series tv on august 6th and it not getting power ON from September 15. I've raised ticket on oneplus care application. The technician called and asked to explain the prblm, so I did explained him. He said that the board is to be replaced, and it will be done within 7 days from that day. Even oneplus customer service guys said that repair will complete before October 1. It's been 22 days since I raised my request and I've escalated the issue multiple times. The technician recieved the part one week back and not started repair work. Every time when I call him, he is telling different stories. Do I get any support ? My trust with oneplus got shattered.
