Hi, today, as usual, I used my phone and decided to reboot after a month of use without shutting down, after rebooting, the phone did not turn on at all, did not enter the boot and recovery, otherwise, hard brick
I looked for methods to solve this problem, eventually I used the method with the msmdownloading tool
Here you have all my screenshots that I did with the phone

I use lot of version of the tool

    dumpling_43_O.36_180613

    dumpling_43_O.36_180613

All necessary drivers have been successfully installed. [IMG]
    and getting always same error

SendProgromCommand Failed, Errno: 258 Downloading cache.img Failed [IMG]

Whatever info you need guyz im glad to hear it.... im desperate

I forgot to mention that my cellphone turns on the led, in color green, when the tool starts to running.

    Try again and verify
You must always restart the computer: unsigned drivers
do not open the msmtool until the end
check: enum and/or verify, before giving start
copy in google the error text .... 258

What version of windows do you have, reboot guide for unsigned drivers
    https://www.howtogeek.com/167723/ho...8.1-so-that-you-can-install-unsigned-drivers/
You are using an msmtool for one plus 5
because I only see what there is for the one olus 3, in the one plus forum
You have the guide to one plus 3, the steps are the same, the file must have software changes

I used the msmtool and at the beginning I had problems
You must reboot on unsigned drivers to avoid problems with the drivers and open the msmtool in the last step

from where you downloaded the msmtool ?
is created for the One Plus 5 ?

You start the msmtool with administrator rights
verify: if it recognizes in: enum and verify

    Cervantes , Dec 3, 2018 :
check the windows file manager drivers
    update the motherboard drivers
try to manually change the drivers of the phone connection for another one that has compatibility
