hi all, got my OP3 this morning and loving it, can't wait to get to use dual sim and ditch the work phone!

anyone else having issues connecting to their PC?

in computer management have an android device listed but with yellow ! next to it, search online and cannot find any driver updates

Oxygen OS is listed as 3.1.2 - been searching the forums for "driver issues" and not coming back with a lot that's useful

wanting to sync some music across, have installed media monkey with wireless sync and works great but only 52mb a second and don't have 4 hours free to sync the harry potter audio books...

    thanks in advance

    piccys just cos ;oP

Have OP3 and windows 7, 64 bit, no any issues at all. Used this toolkitt to install drivers:
[ToolKit] OnePlus 3 ToolKit, Unlock Bootloader, Flash TWRP, Root, and More! [v1.5]

Best way is to format hard disk and install a professional operating system, for example OpenSuse. It works great and is free and open source. You won t get any driver issues with any Android device. Alternatively you can run it from a Live DVD or an USB stick, so your win Doze will not get affected.

You must not have decent hardware, Win7 and 10 are bloated more than others but run snappy as hell on anything from 2010 or so. Can't keep upgrading a your phone to the newest and fastest (which the OP3 arguably is) and leave the PC to rot, then complain about it. Win DOZE? Really?

Plugged the OP3 into my Win7 machine at work and my Win10 machine at home and no issues. Loaded drivers without a hitch, even the OnePlus drivers.

I am such a douche.............RIGHT......didn't enable MTP on the phone, for anyone else having this issue - with the phone plugged in, swipe down from the top, you get "usb options" and you enable MTP and all good
