I bought my Oneplus 8T on 17th of Dec 2020. It is my first time using android as I've migrated from iOS. It took me quiet some time to get familiar with this UI. Now, suddenly 5 hours ago my notification panel started showing this message "Invalid Card - Emergency calls only".
Like you all I thought something might be wrong with my sim card and tried my mother's sim and guess what? It works perfectly fine.
Then, I tried my sim in my mother's iphone and that worked seamlessly too.
So now I came to a conclusion that only "my sim" is not compatible with "my phone". Wierd right? I thought the same.
After that I tried inserting both sim at same time in different slots and my mother's sim would work no matter which sim slot it is in and my sim gave the same error everytime.
It's not even a month and I think I am starting to regret my descision migrating to android.
Fellow members of Oneplus community, please give any suggestions or solutions regarding this issue. Any feedback is really appreciated. 🤗
P.S: 1. My current carrier - Airtel (India)
2. Mother's carrier - Vodafone (India)
3. Device is up to date with no updates pending.
4. Tried factory reset and network setting reset too. 😭
