Venky61 , Jan 25, 2021 : Hi, I am not sure what you mean by pairing Airtel Remote and OnePlus TV remote. OnePlus TV remote doesn't support remote mapping and Airtel DTH doesn't have HDMI CEC. So you need to control Airtel SetTop Box with it's own remote. Check if you have reduced the volume os settop box.
Venky61 , Jan 25, 2021 : Increase the volume from the Settop Box remote and see if it helps. If not, disconnect the HDMI cable and connect it back again.
