With the colossal mess up of Android 10 for the OnePlus 5/5T, you might as well slip 10 and give us Android 11.

    Never Settle or Never Stable?

It's not 3 years old. Nice to know you care to comment. Supporting anything involves providing not abandoning an update mid job

Ok so 5 series, 6 series, 7 series and now 8 series...... It was released Nov 2017... So almost 3 years old, they are still supporting it, or you would have had 10. It won't be perfect and they will continue to support it but it is not a priority as there are newer, and better models available

I get your thoughts. I share them too, but one can't claim to be supporting a handset which has had, put simply, a non update. Check the thread for yourself, almost 400 pages of people saying when is it getting fixed, there's this bug, that bug. I've not installed it for this reason. It'd be nice to actually have a reliable stable version

Have you looked at any other series threads exactly the same shit even on 8 pro and the Nord, faults are inherent with OOS no matter what phone you have

So there's another thread on an Android update that's had over 7.3k responses? You can't compare turd with piss, it's 2 completely different comparisons

Every update that's been released has issues no matter what device, at the end of the day your device has passed its shelf life date live with it or upgrade.

I guess we'll be getting Stable for the OnePlus 8 by Sept 2020. And the 7 series by Mid Oct or Nov 2020.
Anyway, OnePlus developers are extremely efficient and that's what makes them awesome!
