    Hello OnePlus Team,

I am not able to see any pictures or videos in the gallery app even when they are present in the internal storage

Also I am not able to set any ringtone or notification tone for calls and messages as settings crashes when I do so

And I am not able to connect my oneplus 6t to the laptop for file transfer even when option for the same is selected.

    Kindly Help

    Thanks and Regards,
    Ajay Jadhav

Check the OnePlus Gallery Statement to see if it helps for the Gallery issue.

Also check the suggestions in the first pinned post by @B_Wrath in 10.3.3 thread to see if that can also fix some of the issues you experience.

For the laptop connection issue. Clean the ports on the phone, and both ends of the USB cable with a fine dry toothbrush or non conductive wooden toothpick carefully.

See if any or all of the above help.

after updating oos 10.3.4 phone started to lag and stutter every now and then on regular use
    haptic feedback intesity changes frequently
freeform needs a lot of work and and fast as even realme now gives this feature

That's why freeform is in developer settings.... It isn't ready 🤷‍♂️

Edit : These problems have now been resolved.

Today my OnePlus 6T had a system update to oxygen os 10.3.4

Since this update, the alarm clock no longer rings, and the Microsoft one note app, which I use a lot, freezes at the point of opening, and is now unusable.

is there any way to either ...

go back to the previous version of oxygen, or move forward with possibly a beta version of an upcoming update.

    Thank you

Two solutions: one is using a third-party alarm clock (https://www.androidauthority.com/alarm-clock-apps-android-101618/), the other is switching to either Google Keep or Evernote. MS has been going down in quality imo.

You can also try to delete storage data and cache data of downloads and downloads manager apps which you can find in settings.... information in detail is mentioned in this thread:

    Hope this might help.
