I believe they all are in China. Since OnePlus is a Chinese company. They are sleeping or busy. So while they aren't here the forum just gets filled. They should appoint respected members as moderators. Their are quite a few members like @GregOrevo and @Sparkolo who I think would be great moderators.

I hear you... But you have to admit that OnePlus is partly to blame here. The fact that invites could be based on forum participation encourages senseless posting.

Im right with you on that. Major influx in crap once the invite system was revealed which is why I believe posts will have no influence at all on if you get an invite. MAYBE the well known members, but active in below I don't think so. Some people have 100+ comments alone from that contest thread and even more being added just by posting senseless things in other threads.

I, personally, don't see much of a downside to preorders. I guess the argument from others is something like this... Person pays for a preorder, company runs out of stock, person has to wait for next production batch, person basically gives company an interest free loan, thus rewarding the company for running out of stock.
