    Yes you did something for sure,
    Now if you want to turn it off

    1. Input *#800# from dialing interface, enter "oneplus logkit".
    2. Function switch.
    3. Red screen assertion
    4. Tap to turn it off.

    I have disabled the developer option if still it will happen I'll reply to you
    There may be chance it's happening because of i was exploring log kit😬😶

    Hey;
    This error comes anytime on my screen my developer settings is disabled.
    And this error gets fixed after restarting.
    I'm not sure but this start happening after i did something in logkit.
