Sorry, currently we cannot ship to this address. OnePlus 2 order problems

    Hello all,

    Fortunately I have received an invite to buy the OnePlus 2.

    Unfortunately I have problems with the placement of the order.

    It keeps saying that they cannot ship to the address. I have tried it with 2 asddresses in Germany, since I live in Switzerland and OnePlus does not ship to my country. The Addresses are both pick up stations near the border. One is even of private nature, so I don't see why they would not allow either address.

    I also switched the store to Germany with the little flag on the bottom of the page.

    I sincerely don't know what to do. I only have a couple of hours left to claim my invite. It would be a shame if i couldn't order the OnePlus 2 because of a stupid thing like that.

    As soon as chat support opens up again, I will try that too, but then I will have only one hour left, so the time frame for that might be a bit narrow....

    Does anyone have an Idea what I could possibly try?

    Log out completely then go to the https://oneplus.net/choose-country and try it from there.

    If that did not work try using a German http proxy or vpn. Clean all browser cookies, history etc before ordering using the proxy or vpn

    Unfortunately not even this worked, i switched to chrome, deleted all my browser data and logged in to a german vpn (with hola!)

    I still get the same error, I start to get a little nervous.

    You can't ship to pick up stations like that, you would need package forwarding via dhl or something

    Remove USB adaptor or any other acces. and try again. It does that when something is out of stock.

    I see you have 2 items in your shopping cart.

    Can you remove them one at a time to see if one of the is causing the issue?

    (i.e remove the extra cover or screen protector and see if the phone can be delivered)

    thanks for the tipp, but no luck there..

    its funny that when i click on any of my two german addresses I get a warning message that I am in the wrong store!!?? And that I have to change it...

    I was able to ship the OnePlus One to the exact same address... funny thing.

    Yeah, that can be annoying.

    It says you are in the wrong store so you set it to Germany.
    It says you have no items in your cart so you Go Shopping and it shows you your full cart but at the same time it resets to USA.

    That's very annoying. You have 24 Hours to claim an invite and another 24 Hours to buy the phone if that helps...

    Seems like a problem I also will encounter since I also live in Switzerland. Lets hope that you'll get it fixed in time.

    EDIT

    Have you tried to set your entire account to Germany? Not only the Store setting but also your Oneplus account.

    There seem to be others with the same problem, although I fear I am doing something wrong myself..

    In 4 hours the support chats will be open again, i will post the solution here when I get it.
