    @Carl UK buyer here who ordered a OnePlus 2 on the 1st September after receiving an invite directly to my email inbox.

    It's now the 10th 9/10 days later and for all of that time my order is still stuck at "Processing"! It hasn't been delivered to me, it's not out for delivery, it hasn't even dispatched!

    What is the point of this invite system? Isn't it supposed to be so that you can control the stock and that each invite = x1 OnePlus 2 device in your inventory?

    From what I've heard and there can't be any other reason why there are problems with stock which is ludicrous because you have an invite system!!!

    Anyway very unhappy customer here! Money taken, been waiting for over a week with no indication of when my order will actually be sent out and when I will receive it.

    I was a loyal fan of this company but the customer service and my experience of contacting them and ordering has been diabolical.

    Edit 1: Thanks for all the likes everyone, just noting that still as of Friday 11th September my item is still " processing" which its been doing for 10/11 days now.

    Edit 2: As of yesterday the 12th September my order completed and I've got DHL tracking, device still in China, will update when received.

    Edit 3: Since Sunday my order has been stuck on "Clearance processing complete at SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC" still no arrival of it in the UK for tracking. Sure is taking its time!

    Edit 4: Finally received my device today!!! first thoughts are positive, has a fantastic premium feeling in the hand and the rosewood cover looks classy, will keep going with it and provide a full review in a separate thread after some use with it.

    The product lifecycle comment is interesting. I'm sure you know more about Android and what's coming up than us lot, but you left out NFC on a flagship phone when Android Pay is about to be released. Once Android Pay comes out in the UK, your phone becomes out of date and I'll be looking elsewhere.

    When you say open up the sales, do you mean remove invites for a small period? As much as I'd hate to say it, that would only make things worse. But keep up the good work of affordable (nearly) no-compromise phones :D

    People learn from their mistakes. And I am glad,that you admit that! Yes,fans are eagerly waiting for OP2 and plus there are some issues with the phone. I can't possibly think,how much problems you and your team might be having,but I am counting on your assurance. I shouldn't be mentioning this,but the invite system is not transparent as you said before releasing OP2. I know,I am not an early member,but I think the system can do better. I hope you emerge out from your problems and reach the goals OP has aimed for.
