    Not even a generated email as way of explanation !
    I logged on to complain on live chat, omg 38 people in the que and 300 odd minutes waiting time ! Wth up with that ? Is there only one person dealing with live chat ?

    Apart from all that OP you are fantastic as a product when we actually get hold of one !

    My only criticism of my oneplus one is the OEM clear cover I brought does not cover all edges of the phone and I have chipped the top and bottom edge.
    Please make a cover the goes all the way round the phone.

    The phone works amazingly though, u can't wait for an invite to buy a oneplus two!

    Well not only waiting on my phone lost the black hole of pending shipment to processing to back to pending shipment now back to processing GAAAAH! But now my Style Cover is past due! I suppose that is the USPS issue not OnePlus but wow things seem to be going very wrong with this purchase.

    So less then an hour asking for refund on paypal my order status here now says PayPal reversed but I still don't have the money in my account. This is a debacle!!! Now I need my money back!

    i dont follow your line of thoughts i guess im too tyred, if you mean reservation list is faster than having sharable invites i disagree, becouse ppl on the reservation list might very well lack cash at that point as well and the invites will "hang" in the air for another 48h instead of send sharable invite to friend or person from the forum who will buy it ASAP id never give sharable invite to someone who dont have the intention or readyness to buy it on the spot.

    I can understand the issues. But its way too far to follow up and wait for a mobile for so long. I have very recently decided to check out for other options and spend my meaningful time on some productive things.
