Sound coming from only earpiece in all apps except phone Jan 28, 2022

After the new OS update to coloros, Android 12 on 27-jan, the sound is coming only from one speaker( earpiece) but not from the main speaker at the bottom. I have tried to check if my speaker malfunctioned, but no, it is working perfectly while using speaker in calling(phone app). Rest all applications including Spotify, Netflix, YouTube are giving out audio from only the earpiece.

I have tried with my stereo earphones (OnePlus buds pro), and only the left bud is giving out the sound. I guess there's an issue with the stereo sound of my mobile after the update.

I have tried restarting the phone and it goes to recovery mode(another issue from the new update!!).

Still after the resetting the phone, the issue continues.

Please help me solve this issue.
