MightyPhoenix , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jan 20, 2022 : Since last december there's a sound comming from inside my phone when I shake it, like something has come loose But there is no functional problem in my phone, I went to the service center but they denied service because they said it was "normal" I don't think any phone should make thing kind of sound, and there should be no moving parts inside. drl431 , Jan 20, 2022 : Hi, there are moving parts in your OP8pro. Its called optical image stabilization, which can move the main camera lens to offset phone movement when taking a photo. I would avoid aggressive shaking of the phone.
