    I have had both the 3 and the 3T and I can tell you as a certainty that the sound of the 3 coming out of the speaker phone and BT is way superior. The processing that OP added to the 3T, which can only be disabled with wired headphones, colors the sound and -with its agressive processing- creates distortion and clipping that isn't there in the source material. There is a Pocket Now YT review precisely about this issue.

    I used to listen to Tidal on the Z3+ is it really worse? I've got the Bullets coming as well as the phone. The reviews say they are good. What about Spotify or Apple Music please?

    Like the quality is alright, I could listen to music or watch youtube, but I would normally just plug in headphones or a speaker if I wanted to do that. Yet again, the only other thing I have to compare to it is a iphone 4s, and those things are garbage.

    I played a couple of songs on spotify, and as I said it's alright. I also tested the same music on a JBL Flip 3 and some Audio Technica MTX-A50's and the phone is just dreadful compared to them. So to answer your question, it's not good, but alright for spotify.

    Erm coming from a iPhone 4, Z3 and Z3+ the 3T is the best sounding phone from the jack. I was fairly impressed, I'm no audiophile but I do love my music thousands of tracks all Flac and a Tidal subscription . My go to cans are my AKG's 550 which with any phone needs a amp to drive them properly and for ease of portability I use a FIIO a
    A1 (No eq just flat) and my backup pair of AKG'S Y55 which drive easily without a amp. Since OOS 4.0+ being able to turn the aggressive eq it's a delight to hear. Plus I use https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/soundmod-ainur-audio-t3450516
    One plus 3 hotfix one. Don't do "proprietary" software magic s**t

    Yes I admit I listened to 1 song and it sounded horrible, but then I put my Platten ADV headphones I bought through Spotify and it sounds decent enough. So for me the bullets were a waste of money
