J4t1np4r3kh , Dec 8, 2020 : Does it decrease when you pick it up? If so it is to do with "Raise to lower ringtone" Phone Dialer --> Settings --> Sounds and Vibrations --> Turn off this option
ParamK. , Dec 8, 2020 : Could you perhaps explain more clearly, if you are saying when a call comes the ringtone lowers the sounds from the Phone then that's a feature and not a problem, it's designed that way.

mlulic , Dec 8, 2020 : As stated, this will solve the issue. You probably had this enabled before, but the update reset it back to original settings.
