My brother who works in corporate uses Clubhouse, he showed me an ongoing chat between a few successful YouTubers like MrBeast and PewDiePie.
Not gonna lie, it looked pretty sick.
There was another chatroom with Elon Musk and Naval Ravikant as well!
Pros:
1) Works flawlessly, well built app and user interface.
2) It's refreshing to hear informal discussions between people you follow.
3) iOS only- Trust me on this one. ( Anyone who has gone through "WHeRe iS My AnDroId 11 UpDaTe" rant by thousands of morons with millions of duplicate threads on this forum will appreciate the beauty of a closed conversation between a select group of understanding individuals)
4) invite only membership.
5)Hands free social media experience, you can work and listen to what's being shared in your chatroom.
Cons:
1) This would be nitpicking on my part, but I'd like to see a little more features from clubhouse. Since the app is pretty recent, let's hope that we'll see exciting features ahead.
Alas, even though I own multiple Apple devices, I chose not to be a part of clubhouse, I guess I'm too old to drastically change the way I use my social media.
I'm not on any such platforms except Reddit and those degenerates have me hooked on to them for close to 15 years now. I guess, I enjoy the anonymity way too much than I'd like to admit.
No other social media app has ever come close to that.
