    This must be an issue with One Plus I've had the exact same thing happen out of the blue the other day. I've been onto Spotify support and tried various things but it still crashes .

    Also having trouble with Netflix app, doesn't load anything apart from the logo on the screen. Maybe related, maybe not

    Yep I'm on latest version for Spotify and Netflix and Android.

    I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, force stop, clearing data but nothing works. The web version works for me so it's not like it's a profile issue with Spotify it has to be the app/phone.

    This worked for me, I was unable to log out so I uninstall the app, installed the app again, shut down the phone, get back to the app and log in and it worked, thank you!
