Spots appearing on my back panel via OnePlus 7T

    How come with pu case chroming is going .I thought its a glass .spending so much money on a recognised brand does not justify it.

    I contacted customer support dey are telling show to service centre as it is a physical issue.and when I contacted the chroma store, their team is telling it does not cover under warranty.

    That's bad, use some skin or back cover, replacing back doesn't make any sense.

    You can try buffing that out with some type of glass polish.

    Never use a case that comes with your phone as it's gonna be a cheap one and a lot of people have the same issue as you even on other OnePlus phones.

    Always clean the inside of the case as well as the phones back as dust and other things will get in-between there and can cause dots.
