From what I've heard there are very few hardware issues, it seems like a solid phone. I've heard some horror stories with software but nothing that cannot be fixed. If you are worried about returning the item you've always got PayPal to lean back on, which is why I'm not too bothered about the apparent long waiting times of OP customer service

I have no idea if there is a fix on this issue, but I can tel you I once bought me a Garmin and it reboots also at the most annoying moments. I really want to find out if there is a fix for it.

The latest 38R update introduces changes to the lockscreen which has caused major bugs and conflicts with themes. This can cause your phone to go into continuous bootloops and other errors where the only fix is to wipe your phone.

The built quality of the phone is unmatched, and the software is always being updated so most problems get fixed in a day or two.

Hardware has been solid in my experience. Couple software hiccups here and there but nothin too serious.

If it does occur its just a soft brick you can fix by going into recovery mode and doing a factory reset.
