Static sound in Oneplus Bullets wireless z bass edition Jan 18, 2022

Hi,

Recently I have purchased the oneplus bullets wireless z bass edition headphones. I am hearing static sound which comes and goes within a few seconds or max 1 minute.

I replaced the headphones with a new one from amazon, but the issue is still there with the second pair.

Previously I was using the same non-bass edition oneplus bullets wireless z, never had that issue, but unfortunately, it stopped charging.

Is there any solution to remove the static sound?? or is this an inherent issue with this model of headphones??

Currently, I am using Asus Rog Zephyrus G14 2021 Laptop with Windows 11.

Oneplus team, please share a solution for this issue.
