    Ordered mine on December 16 and shipped on the 23 estimated delivery on the 26.

    I've had the same issue, in my email they send me that it is still pending shipment, but I alrdy got my phone. I guess the one plus company is too busy with its orders that it doesn't update their customers, so if it says pending shipment, it might not be pending shipment, it might alrdy be on the way to your hands. I ordered mine on the 1 year anniversary event and used DHL, not UPS to deliver it to my house

    so basically there is no fixed time for the delivery. We need to just wait till it gets delivered. Which by the way sucks :(
