A clean install (of any rom, doesn’t matter) involves wiping the following 4 partitions via TWRP:
    1. System (wipes the OS)
    2. Data (wipes all apps and their data)
    3. Dalvik (wipes the Dalvik/ ART files)
    4. Cache (wipes the cache partition)

If you are sideloading via ADB/ USB OTG, you can also wipe the Internal Storage partition, but this will wipe everything on your device so take a backup beforehand.

The process is always the same for ALL ROMs.

    Tks for your answer,
But when you say "wipe internal storage" you mean that the contents of the partition internal storage will be cancelled OR is the internal storage partition to be removed?
If I wipe internal storage, why have I to install from USB OTG? Can I place the ROM zip in the phone via PC?
    Thanks

Wiping partitions means all contents would be erased. The partitions themselves would remain and will not be affected.

If you wipe internal storage, it will erase all contents, so if you had placed the rom there, that will be gone too. So erase internal storage only when installing via ADB or usb OTG. Wiping internal storage is not mandatory for a clean install.
