While giving them a hard time, yes. And then harshly whining about features it lacks too - all this while forgetting that this is a small company/startup that never intended to sell past 50,000 phones when the OPO first came out and simply wanted to try to make the best phones, and then being called out for being unable to manage the clamouring demand from all around the world. Most people are just angry because they can't get what they want
when they want it - which is a rather childish sentiment if you ask me.
Oh, and I'm not against you here at all man

Just a little sad that people are forgetting that this a company that has developed (for instance) a level of camera post-processing that matches up to the standards of large companies that have stayed very comfortably in the field (HTC/Samsung/LG/Apple) - with just a newly formed team of 15 engineers.

Don't you think this puts Samsung/Apple/LG to absolute, utter shame? For a startup in their second year, I think they're pretty baller. They have a glaring weakness as a company in terms of managing their demand, but I don't think they should be so harshly faulted - not especially since larger companies have already made similar or worse mistakes with their own products before.
Managing international demand isn't easy, managing international criticism isn't easy, and managing production and shipping with limited risk and manpower isn't easy for a company their size. They don't make big margins with their phones, and I've read somewhere that Carl has acknowledged that OnePlus won't be breaking even for FY2015. Give it a few years, and then we'll truly see if they'll shine or shatter.
