storage issue via OnePlus 7

    hello friends
    I am facing space issue on OnePlus 7, I have copied all my mobile camera pics to my laptop but still space is showing 63 GB consumed on pics and videos, I didn't see any pics on my mobile. can anyone help to get rid on this issue.

    Just to be clear, your original post says you COPIED the files, which means the original files will still be on your phone. Did you click on the Images tab in your screenshot? What does it show you?

    Also check the File Manager app to see what it says. It's the best place to check regarding storage since you can look in individual directories.

    There's always the chance that the laptop only copied the files instead of moving them because it didn't have write access.

    I have moved all the files from my mobile to laptop, when I open file manager app it's also showing space consumed with photos and videos when I clicked on it I won't see any files.

    Open "File Manager" --> click the 3 dots (top right) --> "Settings" --> toggle the "Show hidden files" to "On".

    Do you see anything in your "Images" folder now?

    nope, no image folder. I can see only watsup images not camera pics....

    One last thing to try is clearing the System cache from the Advanced Boot mode, in case that is creating some kind of storage reporting error. Unfortunately there is only so much we can suggest not being able to see the phone in-hand.
