Using an OP6T T-Mobile flashed with International firmware, rooted with Magisk and running the Beta 17 firmware. Here's my issue:

Noticed in settings /storage that under "images and videos" it says I have 48 GB of storage being taken up by them. Doesn't sound right to me so I click on " images and videos" to see exactly what images and what videos. It shows this attached screen:

Claiming I have 46 GB of images taking up space (so there is also a 2 GB discrepancy also). The weirdest part is when I click "images" expecting a breakdown of the images or a gallery view of all my images, all I get is this screen:

There's nothing to select and the menu top right has "open with" and "show on map" as options but neither does anything. All the bottom selections are just dead and don't do anything either. Anyone have any idea what's going on here or had anyone had the same issue?

    Thanks!

Nope, nobody has replied and I can't seem to access that menu no matter what. I went to my actual media folders and they all together only add up to around 12gb. Hard to believe that the other 28gb would be system files; there's just no way.

    Happened to me today.
Went to file manager -> storage -> internal storage - WhatsApp -> media.

Apperantly everything was in the sent folders.
There are sent folders in each category, and they don't show up on the images and video counts.

Deleted those folders and got all the space back.
