There are two photos taken from a similar scene but at different times with the Tele Mode. The Exif are very similar.
    1. ISO 200, f/2.4, 1/100s, 7.4mm, 5:30pm
    2. ISO 200, f/2.4, 1/74s, 7.4, 5:57pm
The first picture contains much much more detail than the second one. The second one just seems blur out. It seems the cam wasn't using the same lens at all. 1.png 1-1.png 2.png 2-1.png

From experience, if there is not enough ambient light, the phone will use the main camera for zoom, and will crop an image from the main sensors essentially using digital zoom

As per your mentioned exif data ..both images are taken from Telephoto lens ( check the aperture). As I can see, there is gap in time of both images ( almost 30mins) Reason of not getting details in second image is ambient light.

    Bobbie63 and McJader like this.

Both images have the same ISO Level ISO200. Normally, it should NOT have two different noise level and noise-cancelling setting under the same ISO Level. The sunset here is approx 7pm. The light didn't change dramatically, as you can notice both images have the same ISO, Aperture & focal length, but a different exposure time 1/100 vs 1/74.

I tend to believe that the second one is a cropped image from Main Camera.
