Struggles with OnePlus Customer Support - A user's tale

    I'd believe it was OnePlus India...but no I wouldn't actually.

    I was treated this way by TV technician guy once...
    He called and said - "Kisne raise kiya hai ye request, bina description ke mujhe mila hai manager se" (Who has raised this request without description, I have it received from the manager)

    I said - "OnePlus Team ne raise kiya hai, aap U1S motherboard le aaiye replacement ke liye" (OnePlus team has raised this, please bring U1S motherboard for replacement)

    He said - "Theek hai, motherboard request aa gayi hai, 10 days me aa jayega" (Okay, I have got the MoBo request, I will receive it in 10 days)

    After 10 days, I asked - "Bhaiya motherboard aa gaya? 10 days bola tha" (Hey, did you receive the Mobo? 10 days have passed)

    He said - "Nahi. Aur kuch nahi pata ki kab aayega" (Bluntly said - No, and I do not know when it will come)

    I said - "Matlab?? Aapko kaise nahi pata? Kitna time lagega aur?" (What the heck?? How do you not know? How much more time will it take?)

    He said - "No idea, kuch nahi pata ki ayega ya nahi! Sab hume hi bolte hain ki kab ayega lekin mujhe kuch nahi pata, aap dekhlo apne team se" (No idea, I don't know if it will actually come or not. Everyone asks us about it but we don't know, you check it for yourself with your team)

    I said - "Meri team nahi hai, main OnePlus me kaam nahi karta....aise kaise 'nahi ayega'?" (It is not my team, I do not work with oneplus...how're you saying that 'it won't come'?)

    Some discussions with the team and the CS manager for TVs had sent the Mobo to Delhi (imagine the frustration of a user with no contact with the team)

    2 Months passed....a 65 inch TV hanging on my wall, dead (due to a reason the TV team knew)

    I again called him and said - "Aapke paas aa gaya motherboard? TV Team ne bhijwaya diya tha" (You've received the mobo, right? TV team had sent it)

    He then said the he no longer works with OnePlus.


    @Dhruv Kashyap was in this trouble with me too...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    @Venky61 I know that this is not the correct place to tell this story, but this is just a feedback from my side and I thought that it was worth raising publicly.:(

    I got this call too today, and it was quite weird because this was the first time something like this happened. When asked, she simply said verification, I just don't know why was this required altogether
    That case🥲

    Because of this reasons only bcs of CS I went for samsung instead of OnePlus incase of tv
