    Honestly, the only help I can do is bring your issue to the notice of the staff.
    I am too a disgruntled customer just like you, though the value of my order is far less than yours.

    I have tagged quiet a few staff in here and some have responded. Hope your problem is solved.

    @Monica Z. Can cases such as this be solved first? Where the user has paid $1000 and is yet to get their device or even a decent response from CS?
