    i tried to install the beta using OxygenUpdater but my oneplus is now stuck at boot and since i have not turn on usb debbuging i'm not able to do anything is there some way i cant just flash the stock firmware?

    If a reboot doesn't fix it, put the zip image on a USB flash drive and connect it via an OTG cable. You should be able to flash it this way.

    Boot into recovery mode by turning the phone off, and turning it on nu holding the power down and volume down buttons.

    It will go into recovery mode automatically if os can't be booted. I've faced this when i installed Open beta 2 on the latest stable version.
    I did a factory reset from recovery which solved the problem, but with data loss.

    You can go into recovery mode by pressing power button & volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

    I am in recovery mode, but there is no way that i can find to flash a zip in the stock recovery
