Stuck on boot

    Today I facing new problem after 12 days l.. my nord automatically stuck on boot neither I restarted or power off it.. after boot menu I barely start device.. anyone else?

    me too observed this issue.. I didn't notice the phone during night time, it was automatically restarted and got stuck on 1+ logo for more than 2 hours.. when I notice then I manually Force restarted by pressing volume Up and power button simultaneously. then there is no issue at all.

    I just got this issue...
    Phone got stuck on the boot animation. Power + Volume Up didn't work either.
    I left the phone alone and after about 1 hour, I had a keyboard on the screen asking for a password. I tried a few, and the one that worked was the PIN number I defined while configuring the phone for the first time.
    After the password, I noticed the phone had entered the Recovery Mode... I just selected my preferred language and after that, selected Exit and then Reboot.
    Phone is working fine now.

    Or you could try a Factory Reset too.

    Yes. I had this issue on 6th day. It did not reboot for 1 hour.
    And the crash was when I was not even using it.

    I just reported and escalated it. Got it replaced.

    And my current nord also has crashing issue but i know what is causing it.

    No help . All you would do is waste time.

    This particular reboot forced me to return the phone for a replacement.

    On the new device i have not observed it yet but can see a consistent crash occurring.

    I had a WhatsApp message and then put the phone back in my pocket. (perhaps) Ten minutes later I took the Nord out of my pocket and the boot animation of the white dots circling the red dot was happening. I ignored it for about ten minutes but it was still going round and round. Power with +Volume held in together for some seconds and the phone then rebooted as normal. I went into WhatsApp to reply to the earlier message and got a Settings notification asking me to select the default search engine. Since then all seems normal but slightly concerning.

    I too faced the same issue.. Got it working by restarting using Power and Volume UP button

    Faced the same issue. At first power + volume button didn't work but after about 30 mins it worked and i got a keyboard asking for a password (original set up PIN) and then asking to select language.

    Looking at boot error logs did not yield much as to why this happened unfortunately. I then rebooted via the menu provided and it managed to reboot successfully.

    On reboot, all loaded up and it asked me to select my search engine for some reason.
    Also, the screen does not look like it is filling the whole screen (i.e. the bezel looks bigger than before this issue)

    This is quite a serious issue for such a new device and worries me.

    This has happened to me. Forced it to reboot and now it's extremely slow.

    With all the issues, especially connection, I will take it back and get another brand.

    I've been a OnePlus owner since the One. Disappointing

    Looks like your phone reset itself. How, why, no one would know, as your phone is personal to you and no one would know what condition the phone was in. What apps are installed that may have caused it, maybe hardware or software issue.

    Bring it to an approved OnePlus service center and get them to check it out.
