Hi guys, I'm stuck on the xnph25r OTA, 4.4.2 kitkat, I would really like to update to the newer versions, but I don't seem to manage. Using TWRP my OPO fails to flash every OTA update, 38R, 33R, 30O, I don't really know what to do now so any help would be apprecieated. Is it only to wipe everything and try to install the newest OTA with a custom rom or what? :(

Did you mod your sys file? If you do, sideloading/flashing OTAs fails. And anyways 25R is the best version so far.

I rooted my device and flashed some roms, but I flashed OPO's stock rom the latest other than that I haven't done anything. Is that what is hindering the updates?

It may be, but I really would like to get to 33r in order for the RAW-photos and FLAC-music. :)

If you haven't modded the sys files, it shouldn't hinder the updates. Have you tried downloading the 38R ROM and flashing it instead of updating?

38R even better. With clean installation all works flawlessly. Also 22R was better for me than 25R without problems ;)

@Sillysaur Download instantly the 33R zip file but try from the XDA developers site, cause probably they mod it for a reason like yours. Tick the option on developer option "Update cm recovery after updates" before try flash the zip via twrp. Then if you want follow my guide here https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...mod-11s-official-updates.141665/#post-6357622 and make a clean install to avoid previous bugs ;)

No it doesn't work flawlessly. I have flashed 38R clean and it is buggy as hell. Check JIRA and you will see.

@Sillysaur - RAW is actually not working properly. If you turn it on, it crashes the camera in low light. Only full restart of the phone fixes it. And the actual DNG files are only visible using Root Explorer. And the phone cannot display them, you have to use third party app like Ps Express.

Well I rooted it when I got it and flashed a couple of roms with TWRP but went back to the stock rom from OP. So i'm running 11.0-XNPH25R Kitkat 4.4.2 KVT49L

I had also 25R then i installed 22R and i was using this till 38R appears. Then i made the steps on my guide and all works perfect now. I had also twrp before and root but without unlock bootloader. In developer options before flash new update don't forget to tick the option "Update cm recovery after update" ;)
