Oh lord that's ugly. .-. Unfortunately support is the only option you have. This really pisses me off because there are tons of people on this forum that have had countless issues that were not resolved. One guy a few minutes ago said he had a severe overheating issue where he could smell the burning and Oneplus did not get back to him on it.

Try again would be my advise - not like he has another option.

They are way too big to be two single stuck pixels. You should wait for support to contact you back.

They are swamped in support tickets so it might take a few days but they will answer you.

@agodo DO NOT do such thing.

@Sourav mehra97 if you don't know nothing helpful, don't say at all. What you said is more harmful than good and can damage the phone, which would mean that it wouldn't be covered by warranty.

That suck - but I'm sure support will help you eventually, I think support is currently swamped, so have a little patience eventhough I could imagine it is hard now that you finally have the phone - lucky bastard :D

Support is really slow, he has to wait a bit more for a response. I remember @Carl posted on a thread similar to this saying that OP would issue a full replacement, and the pixels weren't as bad a this one. He for sure is eligible for a replacement phone at no cost under their warranty.

Sometimes there are apps that help with dead/stuck pixels. You activate them and let the app run over night, while it flashes all kind of colors and brightness levels over the screen.
