then do the bootloop fix. i've used r24 then r25 to r26. no bootloops encountered.

the only time ppl was having bootloops due to FK was when 38R was newly released, then they've applied the OTA and straight away flashed FK r23, which cause bootloops. this was at the 1st day 38R OTA was released. on the 2nd day, r24 was released and it fixed it.

or is it your opo is already okay? :p

May I know you are on which kernel now ? And may you try to power off your phone. And plug to wall charger and charge the phone ? Normally for stock kernel , it will show green battery charging animation. Custom kernel won't have that animation

That's the problem I talking about. No matter how you wipe cache. Even though done the boot loop trick. Still. Custom kernel won't have that charging screen.

ohh. that one, 1 million times cache wipes also will not bring back the battery charge animation.

if your device's bootloader is already unlocked + with franco kernel, upon running this command in fastboot: fastboot oem device-info

    you will get:

    <bootloader> Device tampered: true
    <bootloader> Device unlocked: true
    <bootloader> Charger screen enabled: false

the kernel had set the charger screen disable, hence you wont get the battery charging animation. either get francisco franco to enable it, or

you can try editing the kernel to enable it. this requires knowledge in github to be able to edit a kernel and enable the charger screen.

then there's one more way, the unsafe way, that can brick your device. i wouldnt recommend you to do this. i dont even dare to do it. should you proceed to do it, i bear no responsibility if you bricked your device.

that being said, the unsafe way is by running this command in fastboot:

    fastboot oem chargeron
