CyanogenMod did a lot of actually great stuff since they parted ways with OP, and I actually find it apoteotic to install LineageOS on a OP device from time to time... Mostly in between big updates, I'm actually thinking of doing it for the 6T and taking it for a spin, and skip the first one or two (probably buggy) iterations of official Android 10 Oxigen OS...

    Yeah, absolutely!

The work they have done with LineageOS is pretty great. I've played around with LineageOS 16.0 on the OP6T and it's quite a challenger to OOS. Take my word (even though you don't know me), it's pretty snappy and makes up for its shortcomings in some areas with decent improvements compared to OOS in other areas.

Its so sad but when OP is blocked, Voice Assistant (VA) cant do anything without unblocking my phone by the other way.
So, I think, its kills all VA functional!!!
Anything I want to do with VA, I should unblock my OP with fingerprint or some else.

Just one point from my side concerning security : You no need to know password of the phone to switch on NFC and Data transfer on Oneplus. Just lower dawn top control screen and you can switch on whatever you want. If you have your mobile lost or stolen and didn't notice it staight away to block your credit card account, then anyone can switch on data transfer and NFC and pay by your phone in the shops.

Not alwasy, the button is very convenient in a lot of situations. Sometimes you cannot speak aloud and using the button and then tipyng the "command" is the best option.

Agreed but for that, we've got a gesture, no? swiping from the bottom corners?

done! but honestly.... considering shortcuts overall... please! bring back the swipe gestures on the home screen. I've been requesting this feature for over a year now. why has this option been removed from the launcher? "swipe up to search Google"

Does this mean OnePlus will actually listen? Samsung does somewhat and it will be nice if OnePlus does too
