I know that. Is it worth wiping?
They should give a normal update rather than this shit

You use the stable version of OxygenOS. This is the beta. These are 2 different things.

With that in mind, do you still want to update to the beta ? Because I've seen too many users wanting to use the beta but the minute they encounter a bug, they want to revert to the stable version.

I'm considering rolling back since I think the battery drain 8s back on Beta 4 (still doing some testing). How did your roll back to Beta 3?

I just downloaded the rollback rom from the beta thread... and downloaded an apk backup app that allowed me to backup on Google drive and installed the rom through the local update function in settings. It will wipe the entire phone. After install it will do an automatic update to the current stable version. Logged into Google and restored my apks through the app. Took me about an hour in total😇😬 Being back on stable I realise how much the betas where heating up the phone. I also recommend deleting the cache on the phone through the power + lower volume button method. It can help with your internet speeds. good luck! [e]1f60a[/e]

This is because of new OnePlus Launcher. if you don't want goto app settings and uninstall update.
Remember to not update launcher if u don't want this.
