Found a bug of sorts in 10.3.3 update for my OP7. So my phone was rapidly discharging after reaching 40% battery. The discharge was so rapid that phone switched off within 15 min. I reset the phone to factory default but it didn't resolve the problem. Screenshot below :

Anyhow fearing hardware defect, I bought my device to service center and they diagnosed and downgraded the os version to 10.0.3 i think and battery drain issue was fixed. I set up my device, upgraded os version to 10.3.3 and I am well getting normal battery life without rapid discharge.

Any idea what was causing the issue? A bad update perhaps or something

Did this update break gaming mode not being able to disable auto brightness for anyone?
I downgraded to pie and upgraded to 10.3.2 and this issue wasn't present. Then I updated to 10.3.3 again out of curiosity and issue was present again. My friend with a op7 pro has the same issue.
I've raised a bug in OnePlus community app.

So if anyone relies a lot on gaming mode to turn off auto brightness like me, maybe skip this update.
I just hope One Plus is more careful with quality control for these updates in the future

i updated to 10.3.3 and i think it will take some time to stablise...initially crashing too much but as i rested it for some time getting better

And also i think this update will create little bit of heating issue...may cross 80°C of core processors

Camera struggle to lock focus on the subject. It produces blurry subject in the image.

The ones that got it says it does not happen instantly. You need to leave the phone alone for about 30 minutes or more. Then try to unlock

Could it be the desired behaviour of this update. A lot of complaints were made by people regarding battery backup since last update. Maybe after 30 or 60 minutes of no activity, the device goes into hibernation, where all sensors or background functions are suspended to minimise the power consumption.

I got live captions in the Pro version. The regular OnePlus 7 didn't get the Live captions feature after the update.
    Is this intentional?

Only happens on 7 not 7 Pro though. And parts of a pocket mlde has been found. The pocket mode seems to use selifie camera as a helping sensor. Not possible on 7 Pro. With the fix possible for rooted users you actually get a pocket mode setting thst you can turn off.
