Charge speed is the result of "capable charge current" - "heat created by the charge" - "active battery drain" - "heat causes by the ambiant temperature" =actual speed

It does not stay constant all the time.

I believed in that untill i took an experiment. On Pie, full charge took only 64 minutes, after the update to 10, it takes almost 90 minutes. No it's not charging brick's fault, no its not cable's fault and it has everything to do with current intake due to software limitation in Android 10. On Pie, current intake would be 5800mA till it reaches 50% then it would drop gradually and maintains around 1700mA when it charges from 90 to 100. But in android 10, intake drops to 3400mA after reaching 25% and decreases from there and to make things worse, it takes only 600mA to go from 90 to 100.

Please add the option to add AM/PM for the time in the upper left corner. I should'nt have to install a 3rd party app just to get a simple feature and yet you change things like decreasing the volume in this update due to user complaint about the low volume not being low enough smh. What a joke from OnePlus dev team.

I noticed something in this update maybe I am wrong but here it is: touch to show display is working fine when phone is at home but as soon as I leave the home for office or anything it stops working and everytime I've to use the power button to unlock. Is there any connection with location?

While there is no significant drop in battery backup, the advantage of doing this was that the phone kept all the apps in memory. It did not clear any of them. So, all the apps were pretty fast to load from recent apps, something we get to see in iOS. Android has been kind of aggressive in clearing apps to get some extra juice from the battery.

The optimization is right there. Without graphs, we can't do anything.

True. There are differances. First there is the hardware boundery of how the charging is allowed to act. Then we have the software bounderies.
I can imagine that a few tweaks and changes on how it charges changes over time. For example the area full speed is allowed.
However... Same software. Same charger and cable. Different time. Then my listed parameters are the only changes.
When having huge differances on the same software most cases are due to hardware or user specific software issues (damaged cable, some or several app causing both huge drain and heat for example).
Many disconnect at 80% to save batterylife. Many are scared to death to charge during the night due to destroying the battery. Many raise concern over temperature during charging... At the same time people rage over 20+ minutes longer charge time... Good or bad... But didn't the same person's just do various things to save the battery and was worried over battery temp?
