known issues for a long time (I'm not the only one):

    - mobile data slow down ( to 3-6kb/s)and gets really crappy if you operate a 2nd SIM (in roaming). as soon you turn off the 2nd SIM card it gets back to normal. it doesn't matter if sim 1 or sim 2. problem exist on both slots as long there is a 2nd sim active. have it on 6T and on 7 pro. already reported. you can find people with same issues everywhere. cleaning cache, even a factory reset doesn't solve the problem.

    - camera is not good in picture mode but brilliant in video mode. you show us that it work for videos. just show as that you can fix the software for pictures as well.

I'm not in a hurry. I'm waiting for the 8T series, maybe a model without a hole in the screen will come.

I wiped the cache data twice with minimal to no difference with regards to the problems I faced

all these are software related problems

only time will tell whether there will be a fix for this

Thanks. Will this process erase all my data? Should I need to get backup before?

I will suggest you one thing. Go to settings- apps and notification- all apps - then on top right corner select app preferences.
So please do this and respond if it improves the situation.

after updating to OxygenOS 10.3.3 I have encountered a problem with volume on OnePlus 7. Earlier 10 to 15 percent volume was used to be fine but now I need crank it upto 40 to 50 percent. OnePlus please fix this issue. It has degraded the user experience.

Is this program available in India? Can I trade my OP 7 too? If yes, then what's the procedure?
