[SURVEY INSIDE] OxygenOS 10.5.11 and 10.5.10 [EU] for the OnePlus 8 Pro

    Hi everyone,

    We are starting to push the incremental roll-out of OxygenOS 10.5.11 [India], 10.5.10 [EU] and 10.5.11 [NA] for the OnePlus 8 Pro.

    IN: Oxygen OS 10.5.11.IN11DA
    EU: Oxygen OS 10.5.10.IN11BA
    NA: Oxygen OS 10.5.11.IN11AA​

    Please share your feedback on some of the new features available on the past build through this survey.

    Changelog:
    • System
      • Optimized the touch and interaction experience
      • Optimized the power consumption performance of the system, battery life extended to be longer than ever
      • Optimized the high temperature warning to improve user experience
      • Fixed the failure to full-charge when battery was charged to 90% and above in a few circumstances
      • Fixed the issue with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video unable to play HD video on some machines
      • Fixed known issues and improved system stability
      • Updated Android Security Patch to 2020.06
    • Camera
      • Enabled adjusted Photochrom filter (India only)
      • Adjusted Photochrom filter (EU only)
      • Improved the shooting experience with camera and improved stability
    • Cloud service
      • Added the file disk section in file manager: now conveniently upload and store all your files on OnePlus Cloud seamlessly (India only)
    • Network
      • Band 46 CA combo enabled for India Network (India only)
      • Added Visible network compatibility in the U.S. (NA only)
      • Improved the stability of communication
      • Improved the performance and stability of Wi-Fi transfers
      • Optimized network latency for online games and improved the smoothness

    Thank you Abdul but please be prepared for the numerous complaints stating that the photochrom filter no longer works without them actually trying it out to see that this is not the case.

    For those of you who think this, go outside, open the camera app, select the filter, then cover the camera (bottom one) you will see the effect disappears completely, it has been adjusted not disabled.

    The camera now blends with the main camera it no longer takes the picture by itself.

    Nope ....this might be here to stay ...only thing I can see resolving that and I my be wrong is to adjust the default level in dark rooms to be a bit brighter....it seems to be a issue withy he low Brightness level and how the screen handles it

    Its using ultra wide camera not the dedicated colour filter, if you want to check, try covering the colour filter on photochrome mode.

    Using the main camera not ultra wide, XDA has been updated to correct this.

    Incorrect it's using both ....tested it myself ....so they've coupled the wide-angle with the color filter...if you cover the color filter you lose the photochrom filter...test properly before sharing incorrect information...

    Yeah more stable i can confirm that. Unfortunately wifi 2.4 ghz still slow when bluetooth is enabled.
