see posting #1061 in this thread, much easier.
quickly go to page 54 per screenshot below.

ALSO NOTING THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY UPDATED TO 10.3.3, You may have to wait now until open beta 15 is available. if you follow instructions at posting#1061 it will notify you when OB15 becomes available. Your current Stable is newer then the current Beta. STOP updating Stable if you want to switch to open beta.

While scrolling settings there is colour shifting & also there is a delay in the movement of left side icons at low brightness..
Also seen in play store if an app has black background.

    Tried cleaning cache still there.

Is anyone else having this same issue?

You haven't changed Smallest Width up or down in Developer Options have you? Adjusting this too high or too low can have the same effect. If you are on the OnePlus 7 Pro make sure it's still set at 411dp.

When there is light, the double tap works fine, as soon as it gets dark, it stops working. Is there a problem in the sensor?

Try rebooting after changing. That is my OnePlus 7 Pro default setting: 411dp. It may not be the issue on your phone, but when this number it too high or too low the screen problems are like what you're describing.

I did as you said.. changed the value to 411dp & restarted, issue is still there. The value was 470dp b'coz I keep the font size & display size both small, have been this setting from the day I got the phone.

Issue am having is like the white text, the grey lines & black background are moving at different speed, which is causing the color shift. I tried screen record it but it's not visible in the video.

It's minor & only visible at lowest brightness, but it sure is visible & irritating while using at night.

Worst-case scenario you may have to Factory Reset your phone. If you still have the problem after that, the issue is likely hardware related.

Your dp might have changed in relation to the font size. which makes sense, they both effect dpi. If there is a setting that is incorrect somewhere on your phone a factory reset should correct it. No drop incidents or water incidents recently?

I too am experiencing the issue whereby the call recording is not appearing within the hamburger menu. the calls are recording however. just means I have to manually navigate to the folder with the recordings. strange. I'm in the UK.
