If you are lucky then downgraded to android 10 may fix your problem temporarily.... almost 99% of the customers here is dissatisfied with the OOS11 released by op..All of them may affect different kinds of issues...No one from one plus actually address these issues.. They just copy paste same change log every time when they release New build...

    I am really disappointed.
still having issues after this update.
shelf weather stays dark. if you switch from dark to light team it works again but you have to do that every day.
Loading images into the Gallery is really slow.
The Dailer screen is very small in QHD.
If you set the setting to FHD then you have the correct scale.
I really hope this gets resolved
    Gr Marcel

Absolutely right! They should focus on the stability of the software instead of just launching phone!!

Probably because they don't read the forum? And even if they did, I'm sure they'd be facepalming at the sight of so many people not knowing how to maintain their devices properly.

I'm not just referring to the forums, I'm also referring to their feedback section as well. I don't know what you mean by your phone maintenance comment.

The "phone maintenance" comment refers to the amount of people who either refuse or keeping it as a last resort to factory reset their devices after updating because of who-knows-why and continue to complain that their phone is being sluggish or not working the way it did before. I've reset my phone and I'm having zero issues.

Ok, I'm glad you were able to fix your phone. I don't understand why people would refuse to factory reset their phone, but I do understand why many people use that as a last resort: it takes time. These issues began affecting my phone as soon as I started using Android 11. Before even going to the forums/feedback, I had already factory reset my phone multiple times and downgraded and re-upgraded only to be faced with the same issues. So while a factory reset is always a good troubleshooting technique, that clearly does not solve the issues for everyone in this case.

I think it might also be down to app optimization for newer OSes. App developers are notoriously slow on the uptake on bringing their apps to be supported on the new OS since Android is so fragmented and most of the market share is still on extremely old versions because it's cheaper and most people don't seem to care as much.

If that was the case the issues would go away after factory resetting the phone and not reloading any data back on, which I tried as well. That did not work for me. I used the completely clean phone (i.e. Nothing but stock apps) for a day and I experienced the same issues.
